Founder CEO
Joseph Drabkin
Drabkin has more than 30 years of industry experience in commercial and residential real estate development, acquisition, strategic planning, management, sales, and leasing.
​
Prior to starting Drabkin Group, Drabkin was Vice President and Managing Director for the Stiles Corporation & Adler Realty Services, responsible for third-party brokerage services, ranging from leasing to syndication and executing development deals, as well as developing new business and servicing nine million square feet of commercial property.
His experience in global projects began during the first Gulf War when he worked in Kuwait with the Al-Sabaha family to build and reconstruct many of the damaged properties left behind from the ravages of war. These projects included private palaces, military projects, hospitals and industrial sites. He also provided logistical services to supply and re-supply many essential services in the private and public sector. He was a partner in SafetyDrape an innovative product that provides protection from bomb blasts and reduced civilian and military casualties from bomb fragments and projectiles.
Drabkin has always been involved with Martial Arts and founded and ran many Martial Arts Schools in the Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia, Florida markets and trained thousands of students and is directly responsible for developing hundreds of Black Belts over 3 decades. He has won countless honors as a Martial Arts competitor and as a Martial Arts Master.

He has served on several Board of Directors both private and publicly traded companies, advisor to congress and 2 US Presidents.

Charly Assaly
Charly Assaly is the founder and CEO of Prestige Hospitably. He brings over 30 years of extensive luxury experience in the hospitality industry and has worked for top major hotel brands. He currently has partnered with some of the most prestigious Italian fashion brand and created extensions of their brand through amazing Six-Star level Hotels, Resorts, Spas and Residences.

Prior positions included working at Starwood Hotels and Resorts, where he managed the famous St. Francis hotel in San Francisco and a luxury collection hotel in Washington D.C. Additionally, Charly was the Hotel Manager of The Four Seasons New York, known for the world’s best service, quality and standards.

Executive VP
Tiago Sant'Ana
Tiago Sant ’Ana is responsible for working with US and international real estate investors, family offices, funds, advisors and financial institution raising and structuring capital and debt as well as managing communications between the Drabkin Group and its investors.

Prior to joining the Drabkin Group, Tiago worked with international business consulting, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, turn-around, strategic business and financial planning, and in the coordination of transnational communication and engagement with legal and regulatory agencies. Working with risk assessment and risk mitigation, project management and liaising with stakeholders in order to coordinate and facilitate project execution.
